Shane was born in Southern California and spent several years living in Japan as a child. He grew up in the world of sports with his family having nearly 100 years in professional baseball. After being drafted out of high school to play baseball for the Oakland Athletics, Shane decided to play a year of Junior College Baseball before signing a contract with the A's in 2006. Shane played for four years in the organization before a knee injury in 2010 pointed Shane in a different direction.
In 2014 Shane decided to follow in his mother's footsteps and join her real estate team in California. Shane spent many years shadowing his mother, one of the top producers at the time. He learned that the business of real estate is about the people, the family, and the lasting relationships that make purchasing a home different than any other field of business.
Since then, Shane has spent a lot of time molding his real estate career thanks to hard work and an ability to find hidden gems for clients. He learned from his mother that homes come and go, but relationships last forever. Going above and beyond is something that Shane prides himself on, and he always makes an effort to provide his clients with a personally tailored experience. Nothing brings Shane more joy than the smiles of a young family as they finally get the keys to their new home.
In 2020 as the world turned upside down, Shane decided to take his passion for family and real estate from California to Florida. With his brother-in-law Kyle Bosworth and the rest of the Boz Team, they are helping grow Jacksonville into one of the top cities to live in the country.
Shane is now happily married to his wife Francheska, and they live with their dog Mattie here in Jacksonville.
This is our home, and we want to help you make it yours too!
